1. How to Register an Account?
Click the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page, fill in your email, set a password, and complete the verification to successfully register a Kushort account.
2. Forgot Password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or try again later.
3. How to Modify Account Information?
After logging in, go to "Personal Center" where you can modify your nickname, avatar, contact information, and more. Please keep your account information secure and avoid disclosure.
4. Account Security Recommendations
- We recommend changing your password regularly. Passwords should include letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Do not share your account information with others.
- If you notice unusual login activity or suspect your account has been compromised, please contact customer service immediately.
5. How to Delete Your Account?
To delete your account, please send a request from your registered email to [email protected] with "Account Deletion" in the subject line. We will process your request after verification.
